Are you a senior technology expert with a strong grasp of enterprise architecture and platform integration? This role gives you the opportunity to lead and evolve the architecture practice for application and technology domains, ensuring their alignment with enterprise-wide strategy. You'll operate in a globally connected, innovation-driven environment and play a key role in driving platform reliability, architectural consistency, and collaboration across the business.

As Lead Architect for Application & Technology Platforms, you'll oversee the architecture layers related to enterprise applications and technical platforms. Your mission is to align system integration, tooling, and platform architecture with strategic goals - while enabling architects to work more effectively across domains.

In this role, you'll facilitate global collaboration, promote the adoption of architecture standards and tools, and ensure that architecture platforms are performing at their best.

Oversee platform integrations and ensure data consistency across architecture tooling and services Guide architects in the effective use of enterprise architecture (EA) platforms and standards Ensure the EA platform and integrations run smoothly, securely, and at high performance Facilitate communication between application, infrastructure, and business stakeholders Develop and embed roadmapping and lifecycle planning best practices Promote consistent architecture practices across projects and regions Coach and train architects on EA frameworks, services, and tooling Drive the adoption of new technologies, platforms, and methods to enhance architecture delivery Plan and lead practice optimization efforts for enterprise architecture globally Orchestrate the architecture portfolio to ensure alignment with business strategy and optimal use of resources

We're looking for an architecture leader who combines deep technical knowledge with the ability to drive collaboration, consistency, and innovation across a large-scale architecture environment. You are forward-thinking, structured, and ready to make impact at scale.

Extensive experience in enterprise architecture for both applications and technology platforms Strong knowledge of EA platforms, integrations, and data consistency practices Experience facilitating cross-functional architectural collaboration Proficient in roadmapping and lifecycle architecture planning Skilled in training and enabling other architects Familiar with architecture tooling and modeling approaches (e.g., ArchiMate, TOGAF) Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Proven experience aligning architecture work with strategic objectives Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar field Preferred Personal Attributes
