Principal Back End Developer (.NET)

Principal Backend Developer role requires extensive experience of delivering SaaS products in a fast-paced dynamic environment. They're looking for a visionary technology leader who's eager to work in a collaborative environment, driving innovation, setting technical direction and ensuring quality in our services and component libraries. Their core technical skills are expert of C# (.NET 6+ preferred), expert in SQL Server extensive experience in test Driven Development (NUnit preferred), advanced version control using Git, highly proficient in creating and maintaining RESTful & GraphQL APIs, ORMs (Entity Framework preferred), follows SOLID & OOP principles. What you bring to the team

1. At least 10 years' Backend Development experience
2. Visionary and strategic engineer with a love for technology
3. Understanding pipeline, Continuous Deployment and Integration
4. Extensive experience in technical delivery and agile methodologies
5. A strong advocate for test-driven development and a mentor to others in this practice
6. Experience with Observability as a practice (logging, App Insights, metrics and auditing).
7. An expert of DevOps (CI/CD) & Cloud Services (Azure preferred)
8. Expert of several Design Patterns.
9. A master of good security practices.
10. Excellent communication skills & stakeholder management
11. Excellent ability to troubleshooting, analyse and problem-solve
12. A passion for always providing the best possible service
13. Being a team player
