Job description
As a Helpdesk Administrator, you'll play a vital role in delivering a high-quality service to SQA customers. You'll act as a first point of contact, responding to queries and resolving issues both online and over the phone, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and with care.

What You'll Be Doing
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls and emails efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience
- Understanding customer needs, asking the right questions, and providing clear and helpful responses
- Accurately recording customer interactions using a CRM system
- Building positive working relationships with customers and colleagues
- Working to service level targets while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Attending regular training sessions and team briefings to continually develop your skills

What We're Looking For
- Experience in a customer service, contact centre, or administrative support role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively
- A positive, flexible approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines
- Confidence using PCs and Microsoft Office
- Accurate keyboard skills and a strong eye for detail
- A professional approach to both written and verbal communication

Shift Patterns Available - Monday to Sunday (5 days out of 7)
- 8:00am - 4:00pm
- 9.00am - 5:00pm
- 1:00pm - 9:00pm, * Competitive hourly rate of £14.03 per hour
