Job description
- First-line IT support for incidents and service requests
- Log, prioritise, and resolve tickets to SLA and ITIL standards
- Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and desktop support
- Escalate issues to 2nd/3rd line when required
- Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
- 1-2 years in an IT Support / Service Desk / MSP role
- Windows 10/11 & Windows Server 2016-2022
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
- Active Directory
- Laptop, desktop & Apple macOS support
- Backup technologies such as DATTO, Acronis
- ITIL knowledge
