Job description

  • First-line IT support for incidents and service requests
  • Log, prioritise, and resolve tickets to SLA and ITIL standards
  • Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and desktop support
  • Escalate issues to 2nd/3rd line when required
  • Deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in an IT Support / Service Desk / MSP role
  • Windows 10/11 & Windows Server 2016-2022
  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
  • Active Directory
  • Laptop, desktop & Apple macOS support
  • Backup technologies such as DATTO, Acronis
  • ITIL knowledge
