Requirements
We're looking for a Lead Developer who owns the connection between Product and Engineering - not by mediating, but by making clear technical decisions and standing by them. You have a deep understanding of our codebase and architecture, allowing you to set standards, review critical code, and mentor a strong engineering team.
Your people skills enable you to work effectively across departments - even when alignment is uncomfortable. Together with our CTO and Head of Engineering, you take responsibility for bringing next-level software to life, balancing vision, feasibility, and quality.This is not a classic developer role. It's a lead role with responsibility, influence, and a lot of room to shape things., * Relevant experience & technical foundation in software engineering (degree or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience as a Tech Lead / Engineering Lead is a must.
- Agile mindset to navigate the Startup Lifestyle.
- People skills are critical: You're not purely into coding, but someone who leads, mentors, and resolves conflicts.
Tech stack & skills
- Strong background in modern software development, ideally with JavaScript / TypeScript, NestJS, Nuxt, Vue.
- Proven Fullstack experience: The more the better.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Proven experience with AI code assistants (e.g. Cursor) and genuine interest in deeply integrating AI into development workflows and architecture.
- Architecture understanding beyond buzzwords: You understand trade-offs, weaknesses, and side effects.
