Principal Software Engineer SAP

• Definition of technical architecture for SAP RISE enterprise cloud transformation and hyperscaler migration strategy
• Leadership of solution architecture for greenfield finance transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, including embedded analytics and intelligent ERP capabilities
• Architecture of end-to-end migration from SAP BW to SAP Datasphere with integrated SAP Analytics Cloud implementation
• Technical leadership, guidance, and enablement of teams of 100+ engineers for execution of the SAP strategy

Integration & Platform Modernization

• Modernization of integration architecture through migration from SAP PI/PO to SAP Integration Suite, API Management, and Event Mesh
• Design and implementation of SAP BTP extension scenarios using the Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)
• Establishment of Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (CALM) and optimization of DevOps pipeline frameworks
• Enhancement of testing frameworks, including automated and regression testing approaches

System Integration & Data Management

• Oversight of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration with SAP S/4HANA HCM and Intelligent Document Processing solutions
• Development of real-time data replication strategies leveraging SAP Data Intelligence and SAP HANA Cloud
• Implementation of SAP Fiori Launchpad, SAP UI5 applications, and mobile-optimized user experience solutions

Innovation & Security

• Adoption and advancement of SAP Business AI, Intelligent RPA, and Process Mining technologies
• Establishment of SAP Cloud Identity Services, Single Sign-On (SSO), and enterprise-wide security architectures
• Optimization of SAP HANA in-memory computing, advanced analytics, and predictive modeling capabilities

Do you have experience in SAP SuccessFactors?, * Minimum of 12 years of extensive SAP technical experience with specialization in SAP S/4HANA, SAP RISE, and cloud-native architectures

• Demonstrated success in large-scale SAP transformation programs, including greenfield implementations
• Expert-level proficiency in SAP BTP, Integration Suite, API Management, and microservices architecture, including hands-on experience with integration platforms (CPI/PI/PO)
• Knowledge of relevant SAP modules and products depending on context, including FI/CO, SD/MM, CAR/Retail, BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, BDC, MDG, HCM, and CALM
• Experience with cloud fundamentals across major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) in SAP landscapes

Development & Analytics

• Advanced knowledge of SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and complex data modeling methodologies
• Proficiency in SAP ABAP on HANA, AMDP, CDS Views, and RESTful Application Programming
• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud SDK, CAP framework, and CI/CD pipeline implementation

Methodology & Infrastructure

• Comprehensive understanding of SAP Activate methodology, Design Thinking, and Agile transformation principles
• Experience with major hyperscaler platforms and containerization technologies
• Strong foundation in SAP security concepts, GRC, and regulatory and compliance frameworks
