Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do., * Designing and delivering a self-service Kafka platform that enables teams to easily provision and manage Kafka clusters across both cloud and on-premise environments
- Delivering scalable and easy solutions to manage provisioning and configuration platform for all product and platform teams, addressing the issues of Configuration management (IaC) and CI/CD
- Monitoring and optimising resource costs to ensure efficient use and minimise waste
- Implementing out-of-the-box observability solutions for proactive system monitoring
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards through automated processes and continuous checks, * Krakow: PLN36,000 - PLN40,000 gross monthly*
- Lithuania: €7,200 - €8,000 gross monthly*
- Poland: PLN36,000 - PLN40,000 gross monthly*
- Vilnius: €7,200 - €8,000 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
- Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience

Requirements
Do you have experience in Terraform?, * Expertise operating and automating Apache Kafka across both on-premise and cloud environments, including cluster provisioning, scaling, security, and resilience
- Proficiency in building and owning platform automation and self-service systems using Kubernetes operators, infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Helm), and API/CLI tooling to deliver internal PaaS-style capabilities
- Hands-on software engineering skills
- Experience with Linux, Docker, and cloud providers (GCP and AWS)
- Experience with distributed systems, including scaling, fault-tolerance, load-balancing, networking, and security
- Knowledge of continuous delivery systems, such as Jenkins, TeamCity
- Familiarity with configuration management systems and deployment tools (Ansible and Terraform)
- Experience with continuous delivery using Kubernetes
- Expertise in backend development with well-architected, maintainable code, automated testing, and scalable software design
Nice to have
- Experience monitoring solutions, such as NewRelic, StackDriver, Prometheus, etc.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Postgres, MySQL)
