Frontend Engineer

As a Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the core user-facing applications of our protocol. You will translate complex crypto concepts and governance mechanics into beautiful, intuitive, and highly performant interfaces., * Build Beautiful, Intuitive Interfaces that make complex crypto concepts (like decision markets, futarchy, and tokenized ownership) accessible.

• Implement Responsive Designs that work seamlessly across all devices and screen sizes.
• Integrate with Blockchain to handle secure wallet connections, transaction signing, and real-time on-chain data retrieval.
• Work Closely with Design to translate mockups and concepts into pixel-perfect, high-fidelity implementations.
• Collaborate with the Backend Team to integrate the frontend with Rust APIs.
• Optimize Performance to ensure fast load times, smooth interactions, and a polished user experience.
• Write Clean, Maintainable Code following TypeScript best practices.
• Participate in Code Reviews and contribute meaningfully to core technical and architectural decisions.
• Stay Current with the latest developments in React, Next.js, and the Web3 ecosystem.

Do you have experience in UI?, We are looking for a highly capable, self-starting engineer who combines technical mastery with a deep care for product quality and user experience.

• 3+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React with Next.js and TypeScript (familiarity with Next App Router is essential).
• Mastery of Modern CSS/Styling (We utilize Tailwind CSS v4).
• Component Library Experience (Familiarity with primitives like shadcn/ui and Radix UI is highly valued).
• Proficiency with Git workflow and collaborative development on platforms like GitHub., * Direct experience building interfaces for DeFi protocols, DAOs, or trading/exchange platforms (Web3 product experience).
• Experience with data visualization and charting libraries (e.g., Recharts, D3).
• Experience handling real-time data streams (WebSocket/SSE) for live market data.
• Familiarity with building and maintaining a comprehensive design system.
• Experience with React performance tuning and bundle size optimization.
• Familiarity with our backend stack (Rust with Axum) or experience with type-safe API clients (OpenAPI/TypeScript codegen).
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG compliance) and a11y best practices.
