Senior Front End Engineer

They're now looking for a Senior Front End Developer to join their front-end team, working on products used by millions of people. This is an exciting opportunity to have real ownership of high-traffic products and work with modern technologies in a business that's shipping to production daily., You'll be joining a collaborative team of front-end engineers, including another Senior Front End Developer who built the frameworks from the ground up, and a Mid-Level Developer. You'll also work closely with backend and QA teams, reporting to an Engineering Manager who's grown through the business from a hands-on developer., * Designing and building robust, high-performance applications using React and TypeScript.

• Enhancing and refactoring existing browser extensions and web-based products.
• Working across technologies including Redux, Webpack, and Jest.
• Driving performance optimisations and improving UI responsiveness at scale.
• Collaborating in a Kanban environment with daily deployments.
• Sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and contributing to front-end best practices.
• Bringing fresh ideas on how to improve scalability, maintainability and developer experience., We also have dedicated learning and development for our sales team. We run weekly sessions for Consultants to enhance their skills as a Recruiter or for them to learn soft skills for when they want to progress into a Sales Leader via our Future Leaders program.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to help shape and scale a front-end architecture used by millions., To be successful, you'll be an experienced Front End developer who has solid JavaScript/Typescript experience and preferably has strong commercial experience with React but we can consider other modern Frameworks and people with a passion to reskill with React. You will also enjoy problem-solving and thrives in fast-moving environments. You'll care about clean, maintainable code and have a genuine passion for building great products., * 5+ years' commercial Front End Development experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Solid understanding of Redux, Webpack, and Jest (or similar frameworks).
• Experience delivering front-end applications at scale.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A pragmatic approach to shipping high-quality code quickly- 'perfection is the enemy of success.'
• Experience mentoring others or taking a technical lead role is a plus.
