Technology Product Owner

• Act as the subject matter expert for owned products, championing their value across BHSF.
• Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to BHSF's strategic objectives.
• Engage stakeholders to capture business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and prioritise the product backlog to maximise value.
• Serve as the link between business and technical teams, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and meet user needs.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and lead technology-enabled process improvements.
• Provide clear updates on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring solutions meet regulatory, security, and quality standards.

Do you have experience in Software development?, * Minimum of 5 years' experience working in agile, small change, and strategic project environments.

• Strong experience in product ownership, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement within technology-led initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver value through technology-enabled change.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks such as GDPR and FCA Consumer Duty.
• Experience within financial services or health and wellbeing sectors is desirable.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong Agile knowledge (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle understanding.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Decisive, forward-thinking, and able to work autonomously.
