Job description

We are supporting a leading consultancy and an exciting client that is expanding their ServiceNow platform. This is a high-impact role for a Senior ServiceNow Developer / Application Architect to help shape architecture, lead ITSM, and support the rollout of new modules.

Requirements

Expert-level ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge) *

ServiceNow architecture: CSDM, CMDB, scoped apps, integrations *

Implementation of additional modules (Demand, Project, SecOps, HRSD) *

Hands-on development, automation, integrations, and security as required

Skills

Expert: ServiceNow Application Architecture, ITSM, Platform Architecture *

Working knowledge: Development (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, MID Server, ATF, ACLs *

Experience leading or supporting ServiceNow projects
