Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Platform / DevOps Engineer to design, build, secure, and operate a scalable, multi-region Azure cloud platform. This role focuses on cloud platform engineering, DevSecOps practices, automation, and operational excellence., * Design, build, and operate secure, highly available, multi-region Azure platforms

Champion DevSecOps practices and secure-by-design principles
Lead and support cloud migration and platform modernisation initiatives
Build and maintain reusable IaC modules, automation, and deployment pipelines
Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards, and cost-optimisation strategies
Support platform operations, incident management, SLAs, and scheduled maintenance
Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and operations teams
Continuously improve platform reliability, security posture, and operational processes
Create and maintain operational, security, and runbook documentation

Mandatory Skills

Azure platform engineering and operations at scale
Azure Landing Zone (CAF) design and implementation
Terraform-based IaC and scripting (PowerShell required)
Kubernetes (AKS) administration and container security
CI/CD pipelines with integrated security scanning (SAST, DAST, container scanning)
Cloud security controls, monitoring, BCP, and disaster recovery
Strong understanding of Agile delivery and modern operations practices

Requirements

Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), including compute, networking, security, and data services
Strong experience designing and implementing Azure Landing Zones using the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
Proven experience migrating on-prem workloads to Azure (rehosting, re-platforming, refactoring)
Extensive experience with AKS, Docker, and container orchestration
Strong Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, PowerShell; Bash/Packer desirable)
Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps YAML with integrated security tooling
