You yourself are part of the cool trio in 1st level support., * Helping our over 500 employees at various locations in Switzerland with IT support requests (1st and 2nd level). Your thing.

- Handling new hires, setting up computers, and installations on site. Yes, please.

Requirements
- IT training or proven experience in support roles required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory essential.
- Reliable, communicative, and solution-oriented traits needed., * An IT education as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist, ICT supporter, or verifiable experience in this field. Visible in your profile.
- Know-how in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and network areas. That's needed.
- Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Business Central / LS Retail. Would be great!
- An open ear for small and large IT support questions. Yes, please.
- Time flexibility for paid on-call duties during off-hours and weekends. Yes.
- Your environment describes you as reliable, sociable, and solution-oriented. Definitely.
- German - a must both written and spoken. English - basics available. French - nice to have.
