Join the Service informatique de l'Entité neuchâteloise (SIEN) team! Exciting opportunity to shape IT strategy and support public entities., * Align IT strategy, ensure coherence and performance of information systems.

  • Design and maintain the architecture vision for SIEN's evolution plans.
  • Govern architectural projects, ensuring compliance with defined principles., employees, and facilitate communication between business and IT teams to sustainably support the digital transformation of the cantonal administration.Desired profile:You hold a higher education degree (HES or university) in computer science, information systems, engineering, or an equivalent field; a master's degree in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or information systems management, as well as recognized certifications (TOGAF, ArchiMate, Zachman, or equivalent), are assets. You have 5 to 10 years of proven experience in the field of information systems, including at least 3 years in an architecture role, ideally acquired in a complex, multi-domain, and/or governmental environment, with exposure to major strategic, organizational, and economic challenges.
