• Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen sowie Schulung von IT-Mitarbeitern und Endanwendern
• Unterstützung bei zertifizierungsrelevanten Audits (z.B. ISO27001)

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration und Betreuung von Microsoft Server- und Client-Systemen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Netzwerktechnik, einschließlich Routing, Switching und Firewall-Management
• Erfahrung mit Virtualisierungstechnologien wie VMware und Proxmox
• Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Cloud-Technologien wie Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint und Exchange Online
• Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Dienstleistern und in der Durchführung von IT-Projekten
