Working Student - UX/UI Designer (all genders)

• You understand user needs and collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to create the best possible user experience.
• You support research activities and apply design principles and best practices to make informed design decisions.
• You create wireframes, storyboards, flowcharts, and develop UI mockups and prototypes.
• You build and test interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, InVision, or Proto.io to validate design concepts.
• You are familiar with UX/UI design methods, processes, and the creation and maintenance of design systems, working with reusable components in Figma.
• You collaborate closely with developers to ensure consistent implementation and use craft techniques to improve the user experience., * To facilitate readibility, we have decided against the simultaneous inclusion of gender-specific linguistic forms. Do you have experience in UX?, * You are studying design, computer science, or another relevant field.

• You don't need prior experience - we welcome students who are passionate about UI/UX design (any initial experience as a UI/UX designer or in a similar role is, of course, a plus).
• You can present design projects (web/mobile applications) from your coursework or personal projects.
• You are tech-savvy, familiar with Figma as your main tool, and have a solid understanding of design systems.
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy working effectively in a team.
• You have good language skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
