Work closely with Product Owners and customers to identify development requirements and translate them into a prioritized development roadmap in collaboration with architects and development teams.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand integration requirements and design scalable, reliable, and robust solutions.
Contribute to customer-specific solution designs and documentation as part of the pre-sales and proposal process. Must-Have Skills & Experience
Must have 7 to 12 Years relevant experience
Proven experience leading development teams, ensuring stable service delivery for end customers, and supporting customer-specific solution designs.
Hands-on experience with integration platform development, preferably
Solid knowledge of integration patterns (ETL, real-time, event-driven), integration security, quality assurance, and best practices.
Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, including cloud-based integration capabilities.
Good understanding of Telecommunications, eCommerce, and CRM/ERP solutions.
Ability and willingness to lead Agile development teams, define integration service vision and roadmap with architects, and engage with customers during both pre-sales and post-sales phases. Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience in the Telecom (Telco) domain.
- Familiarity with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture.
- Experience working in an Agile (Scrum).
