Lead Full Stack Developer (GenAI | Python | Azure) [J285]

We're looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on Python, Azure Functions, and Generative AI to drive the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native AI solutions. You'll combine hands-on development with technical leadership, guiding teams from architecture through production.

What You'll Do

• Lead architecture and delivery of AI-powered full-stack solutions
• Define priorities, timelines, and technical direction with PMs and stakeholders
• Build backend services with Python (FastAPI preferred)
• Develop serverless solutions using Azure Functions
• Integrate Generative AI into production applications
• Oversee ETL pipelines (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, LangChain)
• Review code, enforce standards, and mentor engineers
• Ensure security, data privacy, performance, and scalability
• Improve engineering processes, tooling, and CI/CD practices

Do you have experience in Leadership?, * 7+ years of full-stack development experience, including a technical leadership role

• Strong Python expertise (async, DI, validation)
• Experience with FastAPI, REST APIs, microservices
• Frontend experience with TypeScript + React or Angular
• Solid Azure background (Functions, SQL, cloud deployments)
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
