Job description
Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service is seeking an Information Systems Support to join our Information Systems Team. What Will You Be Doing? The role will work closely with Information Systems Analysts to support business ICT applications to ensure the application meet business requirements. As first point of contact for application-related issues, you will:
- Resolve queries promptly and professionally
- Undertake regular system tasks to maintain data quality, user accounts, security and application content
- Support Staff in the effective use of the ICT applications
Requirements
Do you have experience in Communication skills?, We're looking for candidates with a high standard of customer service with a proactive approach; The ability to work independently, using your own initiative; Strong planning and prioritisation skills and Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
