Job description
- Scaling Change Capability: Support the expansion of our approach to building and promoting change capability across the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, develop solutions, and drive adoption of change management practices
- Content Creation: Develop and maintain key assets, toolkits, and enablers (e.g., guides, presentations, digital content) to support our transformation journey and ensure effective communication and engagement across teams
- Change Management Project Work: Participate in and support change management-related projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring initiatives to life and ensure successful implementation
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with colleagues from various departments to understand their perspectives, gather feedback, and co-create solutions that drive positive change
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our change management processes and methodologies by bringing in fresh ideas and leveraging best practices
Requirements
Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, * Enrolled in a relevant degree program, preferably in social sciences, work and organizational psychology, human resources, business studies, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English is required; German is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new digital tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, for up to 20 hours per week
- A proactive, curious mindset and a passion for people, transformation, and making a difference
