  • Ensure secure and reliable data exchange across systems, adhering to German and EU healthcare data protection regulations (e.g., DSGVO/GDPR)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, Product, DevOps, and Clinical Partners) to define and deliver technical solutions
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, ensuring scalability, testability, and maintainability across all deliverables
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and infrastructure on AWS
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and continuous improvements in development processes and technology choices

  • Hands-on experience with healthcare interoperability and regulated environments: KIS, HL7, FHIR, and secure data exchange between heterogeneous systems (ideally within German healthcare)
  • Proven ability to design and integrate secure APIs and integrations (RESTful, asynchronous/event-driven), applying data security best practices throughout
  • Strong track record owning AWS infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and modern delivery practices including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
