Job description
- Collaborate with medical product experts across the region to craft engaging marketing content that drives our business strategy effectively through customer engagement
- Develop content engagement strategies and creative concepts that aligns with broader business goals and resonates with our target audiences in the healthcare space
Content Creation, Design & Execution
- Create and design marketing content suitable for omnichannel platforms including email, social media, digital advertisements and tradeshows using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Ensure marketing materials are compliant with branding and medical advertising guidelines across the region and maintain content integrity
- Develop segmented nurturing campaigns on our email marketing automation platform to guide audience through their buying journey
- Build and maintain a regional content library with focus on keeping content fresh and organized for reuse across markets
- Track and analyse performance metrics across digital platforms and evaluate effectiveness of our content strategies, * Healthcare impact focus - genuinely motivated to improve patient outcomes through better medical technology adoption & healthcare professionals' education

Requirements
- 3 - 5 years in B2B healthcare marketing with MedTech or pharma experience, creating compliant content
- Proven content strategy development with measurable business outcomes and ability to interpret clinical applications into clear, compliant marketing messaging
- Professional design proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma to create polished marketing assets independently
- Marketing automation platform experience - hands-on experience executing campaigns through platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools
Healthcare & Strategic Understanding
- Experience with healthcare professional or scientific communications is preferred
- Experience with content performance metrics and marketing analytics is preferred
Technical & Collaboration Excellence
- AI productivity proficiency - advanced prompting skills using AI tools to accelerate content creation while maintaining clinical accuracy and brand voice
- Design and technical versatility - comfortable moving between strategic thinking, hands-on design work, and marketing automation execution
- Cross-functional collaboration across matrix organizations with organized project management approach and strong autonomy balanced with seeking guidance when needed
- Knowledgeable on HTML and CSS would be a plus
