The Company twentyAI are partnering with a European-based AI scale-up to hire a Lead Data Scientist as they scale their AI platform and client delivery capability. Our client builds production-grade AI products that help organisations solve complex, real-world business challenges. With a team of 300+ and backing from a top 10 global VC firm, they work closely with enterprise clients to design and deploy impactful AI solutions across areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing. The Role This is a senior, client-facing position where you'll take ownership of AI initiatives from discovery through to delivery. You'll act as a trusted technical partner to clients, lead multidisciplinary data science teams, and help shape product and technical strategy. Responsibilities Leading multiple AI initiatives across product development and delivery Working directly with clients to translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions Owning product or solution verticals and driving

measurable outcomes Leading and mentoring teams of data scientists and ML engineers Balancing hands-on technical contribution with strategic leadership Your Background Strong experience across Data Science, ML, and AI (Deep Learning, GenAI, MLOps) Proven track record delivering AI solutions in client-facing or product-led environments Experience leading or mentoring data science teams Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders Locations: Barcelona or Madrid. Hybrid working with minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
