Key responsibilities: Analyze and translate business and technical requirements into development tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine software specifications. Design, develop, and implement software applications aligned with technical specifications. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices. Conduct testing, deployment, and monitoring of software solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications and systems. Continuously improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of software. Document development processes, code changes, and technical procedures. Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback. Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and tools when required. Work closely with QA engineers to ensure high product quality. Manage project tasks, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables effectively. Contribute to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Support the design and architecture of new software solutions. Requirements and skills Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role. University degree in computer science, software programming, or similar. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment Fluence .NET/C#. Experience in C/C++ Fluence WinForms Fluence in SQL. Fluence on Git.
