Flowdesk is scaling fast, and at the heart of our growth is the Client & Partner Operations team, ensuring robust processes, regulatory readiness, and seamless workflows. We're hiring a Salesforce Project Manager to lead the evolution of our Salesforce platform and strengthen our operational backbone.
Be a key driver in building and optimizing Flowdesk's Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring workflows and data are scalable, efficient, and compliant. Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Sales & Trading to deliver operational excellence across the organization.

Your role and responsibilities
Deliver Global Salesforce-Centric Operational Projects
- Lead and deliver large, cross-functional operational projects, primarily on Salesforce and occasionally spanning multiple systems, translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable, reliable workflows.
- Drive the evolution of Salesforce as the core operational backbone, ensuring data models, automations, and processes support growth, complexity, and evolving compliance standards.
- Partner closely with technical (Architecture, Engineering, Automation) and business stakeholders to execute projects end-to-end - from discovery and design to delivery and post-go-live stabilization.
Contribute to Global Operational Excellence
- Maintain and continuously improve client & partner lifecycle processes within Salesforce, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance across systems.
- Contribute to Run & Support activities as part of the team's shared responsibility, ensuring operational continuity, rapid issue resolution, and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Support release management, document processes, implement best practices, and collaborate with technical and automation teams to ensure operational reliability and audit readiness.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve enablement, adoption, and overall effectiveness of Salesforce across business teams.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * 3-5 years of experience in Operations, Product/Project Management, or Salesforce Ownership within fintech, digital assets, or regulated financial services.
- At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, including Flow Builder, object & field modeling, permission sets, record types, validation rules, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated track record in delivering significant Salesforce-driven projects (not just admin/maintenance).
- Strong process-thinking and analytical mindset; able to structure, document, and scale complex workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to coordinate across Ops, Legal, Compliance, Tech, and Sales.
- High level of autonomy, ownership, and reliability in fast-paced, demanding environments.
Nice-to-Haves
- Fintech/crypto/digital asset operational experience; exposure to regulatory requirements (MiCA, VARA, MAS, etc.).
- ADM-201 (Salesforce Certified Administrator) or similar Salesforce certification.
- Familiarity with multi-system business processes involving tools like Dotfile (KYC/KYB), Ironclad/Tomorro (contract lifecycle), Workato (integrations/automations).
- Experience with release/change management, audit processes, and cross-regional project delivery.
