Job description
As Data Centre Facilities Engineer, you independently manage medium-level projects, coordinate operational teams, and develop people strategies to maximize team growth and contribution. You operate across business functions, own your budget, represent Facilities in complex initiatives, and drive continuous improvement. You manage contracts, monitor supplier performance, and ensure alignment with new regulations.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead Data Centre Facility operations and act as main contact with Euroclear divisions
- Serve as backup for other Data Centre Managers when necessary
- Work closely with Corporate Security to achieve shared goals
- Support FM Strategy and share standard methodologies
- Provide reporting and manage resources, budgets, and governance
- Coordinate collaborators and suppliers, define critical metrics, and manage risks
- Supervise and train facility employees and externals as needed
- Manage supplier contracts, monitor performance, control costs, and perform risk assessments
- Plan and oversee projects from authorization to completion
Requirements
- Engineering degree in a relevant domain (mechanics, electricity, HVAC, etc.)
- Advanced O365, ServiceNow, IRM, and ERP (e.g., ORACLE) skills
- Deep knowledge in Data Centre Critical Facilities service management and SCADA systems
- 8-10 years' experience in managing critical mission facilities
- Fluent in English & French
