Mainframe Security Engineer

• Coding and Scripting: Writing and maintaining scripts (e.g., ReXX, JCL) to automate processes and to enhance security measures.
• Configuring Software: Setting up and configuring mainframe security software and tools (e.g., RACF, zSecure).
• System Administration: Managing and maintaining the mainframe environment, including tasks like setting permissions, monitoring system logs, and ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to mainframe security.
• Data Analysis: Analyzing security logs and data to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
