Senior IT Professional / Software Developer - Healthcare

We are a growing healthcare company seeking an experienced Senior IT Professional to manage and lead our IT operations and software development initiatives. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for company IT systems, website management, and the design and development of an internal care management system used for scheduling employee visits to clients., Website Design & Development

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance the company website
• Manage website hosting, domains, backups, and performance
• Implement security updates and ensure website reliability
• Handle ongoing updates and technical improvements

Internal IT Management

• Manage company-wide IT activities including:
• Email hosting and configuration
• Internal systems and user access
• Hardware and software support
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues for staff
• Maintain documentation and IT best practices

Care Management System Development

• Design and develop a custom internal care management system
• Build and maintain features including:
• Employee scheduling
• Client visit management
• Staff-client assignment
• Reporting and operational tracking
• Develop REST APIs using Laravel for system integration
• Ensure system scalability, data security, and performance
• Collaborate with management to understand business workflows
• Continuously improve the system based on operational needs

Project Management

• Lead and manage IT and software development projects
• Plan timelines, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors when required
• Take ownership of system architecture and technical decisions

Do you have experience in System architecture?, The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in IT, strong hands-on development skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to deployment., * Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT and software development

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• PHP and Laravel framework
• API development and integration using Laravel
• Database design and management (MySQL or similar)
• Experience with mobile app development or backend support for mobile applications
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience building internal management or scheduling systems
• Solid knowledge of system security, performance optimization, and data handling
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Preferred Skills

• Full-stack development experience
• Experience designing scalable internal systems
• Prior experience in a service-based or healthcare-related organization is a plus
