Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Evangelism & Discovery:
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, understanding their strategic business objectives, pain points, and technical requirements related to AI and Data.
- Articulate the value proposition of Covsant's AI and Data offerings, demonstrating how they address specific industry challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions, workshops, and technical presentations tailored to various stakeholder levels (C-suite, business users, IT professionals).
- Technical Solution Design & Architecture:
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to design and architect bespoke AI and Data solutions that align with client needs and Covasant's capabilities.
- Develop compelling proof-of-concepts (POCs), demonstrations, and prototypes to showcase the power and applicability of our solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on data strategy, AI model deployment, integration, scalability, and security within the context of the target industry.
- Pre-Sales Leadership & Bid Management:
- Lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle from initial engagement through to successful closure.
- Develop comprehensive technical proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Present complex technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support the sales team in deal qualification, competitive analysis, and objection handling.
- Market Insight & Thought Leadership:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and competitive landscape in AI, Data, and your designated industry domain (Healthcare, Life Sciences, or BFSI).
- Contribute to thought leadership content (whitepapers, webinars, blog posts) and represent Covsant at industry events and conferences.
- Provide valuable market feedback to product development teams to inform future solution enhancements.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Telecommunication?, * 12+ years of progressive experience in technology, with at least 7+ years in a senior pre-sale, solution architecture, or technical consulting role focused on AI and Data.
- Mandatory: Proven, exceptional and in-depth domain expertise in Telecom or Manufacturing or Healthcare, Life Sciences, or BFSI, demonstrated through a comprehensive understanding of industry-specific regulations, complex data landscapes, core business processes, and key market dynamics. Ability to translate nuanced domain challenges into tangible AI and Data solution opportunities.
- Technical Acumen:
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning concepts, methodologies, and technologies (e.g., NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, Generative AI).
- Strong proficiency in data platforms, data warehousing, data lakes, ETL/ELT processes, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective AI/ML and Data services.
- Proven experience collaborating with Hyperscaler teams (e.g., Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and Databricks) teams to co-sell, co-develop, or integrate solutions.
