Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer

• Manage relationships with MSPs and third-party vendors to ensure service delivery aligns with business objectives and SLAs.
• Build, manage, and maintain hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Oversee vulnerability management, quarterly assessments, and annual penetration testing; lead remediation projects.
• Provision, deploy, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to define monitoring and management regimes.
• Identify and manage risk via formal Risk Management processes.
• Maintain asset management and license compliance.
• Document all services and processes effectively.
• Play a key role in Data Centre and Cloud projects to meet corporate objectives.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network issues, schedule upgrades, and apply security configurations.
• Review system changes for security implications and recommend improvements.
• Evaluate, select, and onboard new MSPs and third-party partners as needed.

• Strong technical knowledge of hybrid cloud technologies (Azure, vSphere).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft-based technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; team-oriented approach.
• Proven experience managing MSPs and third-party vendors in enterprise IT environments.
• Ability to design and architect enterprise IT infrastructure solutions (on-premises and cloud).
• Experience drafting and enforcing SLAs and operational agreements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and structured approach to issue resolution.
• Leadership and influence across teams and stakeholders.
