Senior Consultant- ETL Testing, SQL, Azure Cloud (ADF, Azure Data Bric

We are looking for a Lead - Azure Cloud Migration Testing with strong expertise in Python , ETL Testing, SQL, Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks. Candidate will lead testing efforts for large-scale data migration projects, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and smooth transition from on-prem systems to Azure Cloud., * Lead end-to-end testing for Azure cloud migration programs.

• Perform ETL testing, data validation, and source-to-target mapping verification.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data profiling and reconciliation.
• Validate ADF pipelines, Databricks notebooks, and Azure data ingestion/transformation flows.
• Develop Python scripts for test automation and data comparison.
• Drive defect management, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

• 8-12+ years in ETL & Data Migration Testing
• Strong SQL, ADF, Databricks (PySpark), Python
• Experience with ADLS, Delta Lake, Azure SQL/Synapse
• Hands-on cloud migration experience with Azure ecosystem
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Preferred

• Azure certifications (DP-203, AZ-900)
• Knowledge of CI/CD (Azure DevOps) and data quality frameworks
