Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years experience to join our dynamic development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications and interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with back end systems. You will work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver robust solutions that meet client requirements.

What will you be doing?

· Design, architect, and implement scalable full-stack features and systems from concept to production

· Lead technical design discussions and create detailed technical specifications for complex features

· Build responsive, performant web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript

· Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and services using Node.js

· Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following SOLID principles and design patterns

· Optimize application performance, including bundle sizes, rendering performance, and API response times

· Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring solutions

· Conduct thorough code reviews providing constructive feedback to peers

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack

· Ensure code quality through comprehensive testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices

· Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using YAML configurations in Azure DevOps

· Manage deployments and infrastructure using Azure cloud services

· Monitor application health and performance in production environments

· Implement automated testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests

· Translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality, pixel-perfect user interfaces

· Collaborate with designers to ensure technical feasibility while maintaining design integrity

· Implement responsive designs that work seamlessly across devices and browsers

· Apply accessibility standards (WCAG) and ensure inclusive user experiences

Do you have experience in UX?, * 5+ years of professional software development experience

• 3+ years working with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript

• Proven track record of delivering complex features and systems independently

• Experience with full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to production deployment

• Expert-level proficiency in React, including hooks, context, and state management solutions

• Strong experience with Next.js framework (SSR, SSG, API routes, middleware)

• Advanced TypeScript skills including generics, utility types, and type-safe patterns

• Solid Node.js backend development experience

• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD, and project management

• Experience writing and maintaining YAML pipelines for automated deployments

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation

• Proficiency with SQL and/or NoSQL databases

• Experience with Azure cloud services (App Service, Functions, Storage, etc.)

• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity

• Strong grasp of object-oriented and functional programming paradigms

• Knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principles

• Understanding of web security best practices (OWASP, authentication, authorization)

• Experience with performance optimization and debugging techniques

• Familiarity with testing methodologies (unit, integration, E2E testing)

• Strong understanding of modern CSS including Grid, Flexbox, and CSS-in-JS solutions

• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development

• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and implementation

• Understanding of user-centered design principles

• Ability to provide technical input on UX decisions and trade-offs

Preferable Qualifications

• Experience with AI-powered development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.)

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Experience with GraphQL APIs

• Knowledge of web performance metrics and optimization techniques (Core Web Vitals)

• Experience with state management libraries (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, MobX)

• Familiarity with monorepo tools and strategies

• Experience with component libraries and design systems

• Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time communication

• Understanding of Progressive Web App (PWA) development

• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
