Job description
To enable the value of this data we are building a strong data governance foundation with a skilled and dedicated data governance team. To complete this team, we are searching for a Data Quality Manager.
- Architect and implement a scalable data quality framework, including standards, rules, and validation processes.
- Design and deploy technical solutions for implementing key data quality validation metrics, ensuring that business-critical data is accurate, consistent, and reliable.
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and governance teams to embed data quality controls into system architecture, metadata management, and master data solutions.
- Promote the data governance initiative and accountability for data ownership, working with business data stewards and stakeholders and clarifying roles and responsibilities.
- Partner with technical teams and business units to identify data issues, prioritize remediation, and embed quality practices into daily operations.
Requirements
You have an educational background and experience in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field, with hands-on experience in data governance, data management, or business intelligence? *
You bring strong expertise in data governance and data quality, including principles, frameworks, best practices, and practical experience with governance tools (e.g., Collibra, DataHub), as well as organizational compliance requirements and their technical implementation? *
You have an analytical, problem-solving mindset to identify and address root causes of data quality issues, combined with change management skills to help embed a data quality culture across the organization? *
You are technically proficient in SQL for data validation and have experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to clearly communicate data quality metrics? *
You are fluent in English and at least average in German?

According to the collective agreement for the telecommunications industry, this position carries a minimum gross monthly salary of EUR3.413,78 based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week). We will discuss your actual salary with you in person, taking into account your individual qualifications and professional experience. You can expect an attractive offer that exceeds the minimum stipulated by the agreement.
