Tasks

  • Define and coordinate operational security initiatives for new solutions.
  • Monitor minimal requirements for existing solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve security posture and response., Working with an extensive network of partners and business development offices in Europe, the USA, Asia and the Middle East, we offer comprehensive, fully customized solutions for the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul of aircraft engines, airframes and components sales business including impeccable technical support to over 500 customers worldwide. Our mission: We safely power your flight. As a Cybersecurity Engineer you will be working closely with Security team, architects, solution engineers to design and implement and incorporate security good practices in new solutions, technologies and processes. In parallel working closely with delivery teams with an idea of improving security posture of delivered services inside and outside of the organization. At all times, you will combine information security and IT operations practices to improve collaboration and reduce risks and threats.

Your tasks

  • Define and coordinate operational security initiatives for new solutions
  • Define and monitor minimal requirements for existing solutions
  • Coordinate IT and security providers in implementing security controls
  • Collaborate with IT and solution architects and engineers in defining new solutions
  • Propose and define new managed cyber security services
  • Support security incident analysis and security response
  • Support coordination of delivery of security services (e.g. penetration tests)
  • Security related project coordination

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, engineering, or related field.
  • Operational cyber security experience and knowledge of cloud security.
  • Experience with managed security services and multidisciplinary projects., * Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
  • Operational cyber security experience
  • Knowledge on cloud, network, application security standards
  • Cloud security experience (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, MS products, AWS)
  • Experience with EDR, NDR, Cloud MDR, IAM is a plus
  • Experience with managed security services and providers is a plus
  • Experience with working on projects, in multidisciplinary teams
  • Structured, yet creative
  • Self-managed team player
