Working Student Global OSH Data management

As working student (d/f/m) in Global Occupational Safety und Health, you will work with an experienced transformation team in an international environment. Your main tasks are as follows:Support the Global OSH Function by maintaining and developing OSH data models, systems, and applications, including data management, GDPR compliance, BI dashboards, reporting, and AI initiatives.Maintain and continuously enhance the OSH data model, databases, interfaces, and analytics to ensure high data quality and system reliability.Provide accurate and timely safety performance reports, including incident management and OSH dashboards, to relevant stakeholders.Collect and analyze feedback to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to continuously enhance OSH data and reporting solutions.

• Bachelor's or master's student or in a gap year in business administration, management, or industrial engineering
• Experience in the field of business development/transformation, strategy, project management, and/or consulting
• Conceptual and analytical skills
• This position requires technical knowledge of Data science and HundS (preferable)
• Independence, responsibility, and good social and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, excellent MS Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluent English (knowledge of English is advantageous)

• Availability of 20 hours per week for a working student position for at least 6 months What we offer
