Backend Developer (PHP/Laravel)

We are seeking a Backend Engineer with 3-6 years of relevant experience and a strong PHP background to accelerate the development of our core SaaS platform. This role sits within a multidisciplinary tech unit that spans Backend, Data, Product, and Design-and interfaces directly with our real estate industry users., * Build and evolve backend services and APIs powering B2B SaaS workflows * Work on long-lived, production systems with real customers and business dependencies * Improve existing codebases through refactoring, testing, and quality-focused engineering * Participate in the technical delivery of our SaaS BU OKRs * Engage closely with Product, Design, and Data to shape customer-facing features

• Advocate for maintainability, scalability, and pragmatic engineering

Contribute to structured technical decision-making and architectural discussions

Do you have experience in SaaS?, * 3+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer or comparable role, with a strong focus on PHP * Strong understanding of backend architecture, API design, and relational databases * Experience building and maintaining digital products used by real customers * Ability to write clean, testable, maintainable code and improve legacy code when needed
