Job description
Experienced IT Support Technician (2nd Line / Desk Side Support) based at our client's site. We're looking for a proactive, hands-on professional with solid networking and infrastructure support skills who can provide top-notch customer service and resolve tickets efficiently, and deliver smart hands support for on-site and remote issues. Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd line desk side support via walk-in Tech Hubs, on-site visits, or remote tools. Troubleshoot hardware / software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Support networking, MS Office 365, Windows OS (XP to 11), and Active Directory tasks. Handle installation and upgrades of supported hardware / software. Collaborate with support centers and maintain accurate ServiceNow records. Apply networking basics and infrastructure support knowledge.
Requirements
CompTIA A+ / Network+ certifications. Solid networking and infrastructure support skills.
