Job description
As a Medior AI Engineer for FutureWhiz's content creation team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend services and supporting tools that enable both automated and human-in-the-loop generation of high-quality educational content. You will work closely with content creators to help them develop production-ready versions of their vibecoded apps and set up robust backend infrastructure to support their needs. You'll work in a team of developers and content creators, collaborating more broadly with product managers, educational specialists, and other cross-functional teams.
Your role and impact o Design, deploy, and maintain machine learning and generative AI models in production. o Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI systems, handle model versioning, automated testing and scale solutions using AWS. o Refine and experiment with the prompt strategies and frameworks for LLMs and conversational AI use cases. o Contribute to the in-house agentic framework ensuring it's scalable and usable by multiple products and teams. o Optimize AI models for latency, throughput, and cost. o Collaborate with engineers, project managers to translate defined business requirements in working AI features. o Embed AI compliance, and security into every stage of development and deployment., o A gross monthly salary of €4500 to €5800 (based on 40 hours, depending on experience). o 24 vacation days + 3 assigned days off + 1 skipping school day. o Collective pension and health insurance. o A €600 annual learning budget for your professional development. o Unlimited access to external coaches through Inuka Coaching. o Unlimited access to Goodhabitz training programs for professional and personal growth.
