Job description
Along with the team, the Senior Network Engineer will be involved with providing test environments and test platforms for a variety of Telecommunication projects.
Your tasks will include, but not be limited to:
- Definition and implementation integration of IMS test platforms to allow relevant test of the solution before production deployment;
- Providing IP addressing for Core- and Country deployment in the labs;
- Providing connectivity to IMS setup through ITC infrastructure;
- Supporting the IMS Engineers during test execution;
- Providing remote connectivity to the test environment - this includes connectivity with countries through either IPSec or MPLS
Requirements
- Relevant experience with Cisco (SDN / ACI) - Cisco certifications required: min. CCNP, pref. CCIE;
- Cisco - Netwerken - Security -Brocade - Palo Alto - VMWare
- Relevant experience with Juniper and Routing & Switching (routing protocols should be known);
- Relevant experience with F5 Load Balancing and/or Firewall Checkpoint;
- Experience with Docsis CMTS is a big plus;
- Nederlands and Engels
- Strong communication skills - able to define requirements and liaise with different stake holders
- Strong organizational skills - able to prioritize work as you will be working on different projects
