Job description

As an Assistant Digital Systems Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting, configuring, and developing the specialist software systems that enable the delivery of social housing services within the Housing Directorate. You'll work closely with internal service users and external suppliers to ensure system reliability, maintain data quality, and uphold compliance with statutory requirements. What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide system support for specialist social housing systems in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor and improve data quality, resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with system configuration and development to enhance business processes and functionality.
  • Create and maintain data reports (primarily using SQL).
  • Keep accurate records across all areas, including support tickets, project documentation, and system manuals.
  • Promote best practice in system use and data quality through training and coaching.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Time management?, * Experience supporting business-critical systems, ideally within local government or housing services.

  • A curious mindset with the ability to ask questions and seek solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and a background in ICT services.
