Job description

Bridge-Logix UK Limited is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cloud Network Engineer with a strong focus on cloud and network security. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure cloud, network, and endpoint environments across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in cloud security architecture, automation, identity and access management, risk management, and compliance frameworks, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and scalable infrastructure solutions., Design, implement, and manage secure cloud network architectures across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, including VPCs, IAM, security groups, and access controls.

  • Ensure alignment with industry compliance frameworks such as CIS, NIST, and ISO 27001, as well as cloud security best practices.
  • Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to design, deploy, and maintain network security management platforms, including SIEM, SOAR, and NDR, across on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Engineer, support, and maintain Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID within a hybrid enterprise environment.
  • Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, replication, and performance-related issues.
  • Design, implement, and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Support identity federation and hybrid identity integrations.
  • Automate IAM and administrative operations using PowerShell.
  • Develop and generate customised Microsoft Intune performance and compliance reports.
  • Work closely with Information Security, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to deliver secure and resilient solutions.
  • Participate in IT change management processes and adhere to ITIL best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.

  • Proven experience working with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their associated security services.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and managing endpoints at scale using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopatch, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Strong experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud security frameworks, cloud networking, and automation practices.
  • Expert-level understanding of Zero Trust architecture.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, governance, and compliance within cloud environments.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Sprints, Kanban) and tools such as Azure DevOps.
  • Solid understanding of how Microsoft 365, Azure, and the Power Platform integrate within an enterprise infrastructure.
  • Strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, VLANs, OSPF, and BGP.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk and Syslog.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
