Job description

Are you passionate about building scalable cloud platforms and advancing engineering excellence through hands-on problem solving? We're searching for a DevOps Engineer who will architect and drive the evolution of our infrastructure for Ivanti Neurons for MDM. In this strategic role, you'll roll up your sleeves to design, code, and implement complex automation that powers Ivanti's N-MDM products and solutions.

You'll collaborate with agile teams, mentor and inspire fellow engineers, and lead initiatives that are critical to the reliability, security, and future growth of our platform. What You Will Be Doing:

· Take a hands-on approach to architecting, designing, and implementing robust, scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS using Terraform, Python, CFN and other modern DevOps tools.

· Write production-ready code daily for automation, pipeline development, and infrastructure management - this is an active coding role.

· Lead DevOps practices including the creation and management of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and continuous monitoring.

· Actively troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues to ensure system reliability and performance.

· Collaborate directly with cross-functional teams to align DevOps solutions with product, security, and SRE.

· Author, maintain, and share clear technical documentation for infrastructure, codebases, and operational processes.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

· 3+ years hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.

· Deep expertise with Azure, AWS and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Bicep, Helm, etc.).

· Strong coding skills in Python, Shell, Go, or similar languages for automation and infrastructure tasks.

· 1+ years hands-on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or related platforms.

· Proven track record with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud deployments.

· Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.

· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within Scrum teams.

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
