What to expect
As an IT Consultant at APP, you take on responsibility from the start. You lead teams in developing new concepts as well as defining product, process, and IT requirements. You independently manage consulting mandates and develop convincing solutions for IT and business issues. Once the right solution is found, you ensure sustainable implementation and accompany our clients until successful introduction.
As an entrepreneurial thinker and doer, you build personal contacts, continuously expand your network, and acquire new mandates. In addition, you have the opportunity to actively shape APP as a co-entrepreneur and significantly influence our future.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- 3-5 years in IT project management or business analysis.
- Strong communication skills in German; English and French are a plus., · Completed university degree in business informatics, computer science, or engineering
· Three to five years of experience in IT project management, test management, requirements engineering, or business analysis in consulting or administrative environments, in the judiciary, financial sector, or healthcare
· Solid knowledge in IT architecture, IT infrastructure, IT security, DevOps, software development
· Quick comprehension, pronounced analytical thinking, as well as a creative, pragmatic approach
· Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style combined with enjoyment of teamwork
· Open, communicative personality with talent and joy for building trusting relationships
· Confident writing and presenting in German. Very good English and French skills are a plus
· Flexibility regarding travel activity in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
