We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join one of our strategic international projects with an internationalorlugu client based in the USA, a leading global partner of Atlassian.

The company is currently migrating its suite of apps for Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket ancestors to the new Forge framework developed by Atlassian.

You'll play a key technical role in designing and implementing new features while leading the migration of existing apps to Forge - ensuring scalability, performance, and best development practices in a fully agile environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React.
• Lead the migration of Atlassian apps from Connect to Forge, ensuring seamless transitions and high-quality code.
• Collaborate closely with distributed teams across time zones in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning.
• Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
• Stay up to date with Atlassian technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives., < London>Continuous learning access: Individual training budget, professional certifications, unlimited Udemy access, language classes, and internal learning programs.

Must-have Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and React.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Proven track record working in agile environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in international setups.
• High level of English proficiency (B2-C1) - essential for daily communication with global blanch packs.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Familiarity with Atlassian Forge or app development for the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Knowledge of cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines.
