Software Tester

• Analyze user stories, use cases, and requirements for accuracy and feasibility.

• Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression) to maintain software integrity.
• Design and develop automation scripts when necessary.
• Identify, track, and document software defects and inconsistencies.

• Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile development cycle.
• Maintain thorough support documentation and assist with technical inquiries when needed.

• Education: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 4-5 years of experience in software testing, ideally in a SAAS or document automation environment.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and basic programming knowledge.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and applying quality engineering principles.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, think critically, and solve complex problems.
