Our client operates at the intersection of blockchain, distributed systems, and institutional finance, and is hiring a senior SRE leader to take ownership of reliability, performance, and operational excellence across a complex, high-throughput platform. This is a hands-on role with the mandate to own production today and build a world-class SRE function tomorrow. ? What you'll do * Own production reliability, uptime, and resilience across core infrastructure * Design and operate scalable cloud environments supporting complex distributed systems * Build SRE foundations: monitoring, alerting, incident response, on-call, runbooks, and KPIs * Drive automation across provisioning, deployment, testing, and

recovery workflows * Partner with engineering and product teams on deployments, upgrades, and operational readiness * Support validator and network operations in secure, production environments * Act as the senior operational authority while growing the SRE capability over time ? What we're looking for * 7+ years in SRE, DevOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering * Proven ownership of reliability for distributed or mission-critical systems * Deep experience with Linux, cloud platforms, containers, and infrastructure automation * Strong background in observability, CI/CD, IaC, secrets management, and incident response * Automation-first mindset with comfort operating in high-stakes environments * Clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams Nice to have * Experience supporting blockchain networks, validators, or protocol infrastructure * Exposure to high-throughput, low-latency, or cryptographic workloads * Background in regulated, enterprise, or financial systems * Experience building or leading SRE teams ?
