Job description
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems, Integrations & MES is responsible for leading and supporting the full lifecycle of enterprise systems (including ERP/SAP and MES/ Syncade ) and their integrations at the Leiden Cell Therapy Facility. This role acts as the primary IT point of contact for both ERP while collaborating and supporting the MES team in Leiden, ensuring alignment between local business needs and global IT strategies. The position drives solution delivery, system optimization, and business continuity planning, while fostering collaboration across site and enterprise teams., * Serve as the primary IT lead for ERP (SAP, WMS) and supporting MES ( Syncade ), including their integration s with other platforms (LIMS, Maximo, DeltaV , CELABS, OSI PI, GPS, etc.).
- Analyze, plan, coordinate, and execute the site ERP roadmap in collaboration with business functions (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, MSAT) and global stakeholders.
- Coordinate technical teams for system management, administration, testing, and deployment of ERP and MES solutions.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable IT deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee system development standards, quality reviews, and ensure high availability and reliability of platforms.
- D evelop and maintain a deep understanding of business processes and IT systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization .
- Support integration needs between MES and other enterprise systems, including manufacturing benchtop equipment and batch reporting.
- Act as project manager for IT projects.
- Lead business continuity planning and support resolution of critical system issues for both ERP and MES.
- Collaborate with enterprise teams to develop standards, SOPs, and design approaches for MES and ERP systems & their integrations.
- Network with other cell therapy leads to proactively identify and resolve system-related challenges., * The role requires proactive collaboration with global and site teams, a continuous improvement mindset, and a commitment to operational excellence and compliance.

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. Requirements
Do you have experience in Warehouse management system?, * Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience with ERP and knowledge of MES systems
- Knowledge in MES technologies (preferably Syncade ), historian/reporting tools (OSI PI, SQL Reports), and system integration ( DeltaV , SAP, LIMS, Maximo).
- Basic knowledge of cGMP, GXP, GAMP, SDLC, CSV, and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
- Basic knowledge IT systems such as LIMS ( LabWare ), Veeva, and related integrations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects in a matrix environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
