Senior Software Engineer

A well-funded Series A startup in London is building AI agents that help internal teams focus on meaningful work by automating repetitive, admin-heavy finance tasks. These are real products with real users, designed to make work more efficient, less tedious, and more impactful!

This is a high-impact role with direct influence on the core backend systems powering the product. The founders have previous multi-million-dollar exits and are building one of the fastest-moving startups in London

What You'll Be Doing

• Build core backend services, APIs, and distributed systems in Python
• Design architecture, data flows, and infrastructure foundations
• Own production systems and iterate quickly based on real user feedback
• Work closely with the leadership team on technical direction and product strategy
• Shape backend engineering culture, tooling, and processes as the team scales
