Job description

  • Collaborate closely with Ops teams (core business, fintech, employee experience, customer support) cross-functional partners to find opportunities to increase operational efficiency and scale our business effectively

  • Monitor existing processes and provide recommendations for optimization

  • Constantly review and monitor all Ops metrics to avoid any data integrity issues and proactively inform about the changes

  • Dive deep into the data and communicate findings with the various stakeholders in verbal, visual, and written media

  • Create and promote effective self-service analytics infrastructure for your areas

  • Develop user-friendly dashboards and high-quality data visualizations that drive actions and support decision making

  • Work in tandem with Analytics engineers, sharing requirements for DBT models, in order to create the cleanest data structures and KPIs for your product areas

  • Make intelligent choices for the adoption of new technologies based on your extensive experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in data analytics team

  • Hands-on experience in Looker

  • Proficiency in SQL

  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities

  • Effective communication skills and experience dealing with stakeholders of varying seniority
