Job description
This role is central to ensuring the CRM is accurate, well-maintained, and fully aligned with business processes across sales, marketing, and operations. You will act as the system owner, supporting users, managing data quality, and enabling reporting, automation, and insights that support business performance and continuity., CRM System Management
- Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the CRM system
- Configure pipelines, workflows, automation rules, and system customisation
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Monitor system performance and liaise with CRM providers and internal IT teams when required
Data Quality & Governance
- Ensure CRM data is accurate, consistent, and reliable
- Manage data imports and maintain data integrity
- Establish and enforce data entry standards and best practices
- Support process mapping and documentation for CRM usage
User Support & Adoption
- Support onboarding of new CRM users and deliver refresher training
- Create and maintain user guides and system documentation
- Act as a key point of contact for CRM-related queries
Reporting & Insights
- Produce standard and ad-hoc reports for Managers and Directors
- Support leadership with meaningful insights, dashboards, and KPIs
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes
- Support continuous improvement of CRM functionality
Business Continuity & Compliance
- Ensure CRM processes support business continuity planning
- Maintain system documentation and continuity procedures
- Centralise customer knowledge to reduce reliance on individuals
- Support compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations
Requirements
Do you have experience in CRM software?, * Proven experience working with a CRM system
- Strong attention to detail and data management skills
- Confident supporting and training non-technical users
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Knowledge of marketing automation and email marketing campaigns
- Understanding of customer lifecycle processes, * CRM software: 2 years (preferred)
